Kibaale district local government through Ministry of health is set to disburse over 190,749 mosquito nets mosquito nets tomorrow Friday and Saturday this week to all residents in Kibaale district.

James Asiimwe, the Assistant District Health Officer Kibaale notes that the district received 190,749 mosquito nets targeting a total number of beneficiaries of over 228,900 people whereby one net will cater for two people.

James added that a team of health officers have already delivered mosquito nets to 116 distribution points across the district thus village health team (VHTs) have also registered beneficiaries within household among their communities.

He however called for transparence amidst net distribution to ensure the right people are benefited.
