Tusabomu George Willy -the District Planner is a PHD student at LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, MALAYSIA undertaking studies in strategic management. His research topic is:

DETERMINANTS OF REPAYMENT OF REVOLVING LOANS UNDER THE UGANDA WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME IN KIBAALE DISTRICT, UGANDA.
