With 255 female pupils and male pupils 324 making a tally of 579 pupils as the current enrollment.
Kitoma Primary School is found in Matale Sub County, Kalangala Parish.
It is led by Byamaka William as the Head Teacher who works in a team with 8 other teachers to make sure that the current generation is prepared for the future.
In order to engage the pupils comprehensively, the school has also developed a school garden,
where pupils gets hands on learning in science and further more the school is able to get food for the learners.
Kitoma Primary School for the past years has been actively participating in all ball games and athletics which has helped the learners to realize the extra talents that they possess.

The School also has clubs like the debating club, health club, girl guiding and Counselling, clubs that have gotten the learners active mentally and physically.
