13 people have tasted the edged sword of PRF- PDM as some were forced to record statements with Police and others given an ultimatum of 14 days to implement the intended enterprise as per the business plans drafted.

They faced the trying moments and intervals today during the joint monitoring of the first phase beneficiaries of the fund  in the entire district by Kibaale District officials

Led by the district leadership, the team realized that after some beneficiaries received the money they disintegrated themselves from the extension workers who would have guided them more as per the B.P, diversion of funds was fully evident, noncompliance of PDCs and politicization of the program among others.

However there were already some beneficiaries who had success stories to give about the program, beaming through the so termed KASIMO to give hope and more navigation to the strategy.

#Today's monitoring was not aimed at visiting all beneficiaries but rather sampling some, however work is being done to reach out to every beneficiary.
