KIBAALE LEADERSHIP LAUNCH PROJECTS WORTH OVER UGX 200M
Kibaale residents have been assured that the government is committed to extend the required services to its citizens.
The revelation was made by Kibaale District RDC Godwin Angalia Kasigwa during the commisioning of three government projects funded by the government of Uganda in Kibaale.
At a function that wasattended by many, they heard that projects to be commissioned included the construction of a 2 class room block with office and store and rain water harvesting system (10000-liter tank) at Kitutu Parents Primary school worth over 100 million contracted by KRUT Supplies and Logistics Limited. The project was scheduled for 6 months as it started on 19th December last year and was expected to end on 19th June the same year but was completed within 5 months, construction of a girls’ dormitory at Nyamarwa Seed School worth over 86 million contracted by Fountain Holdings Limited for 6 months as it was started on 18th December 2022 expected to end on 18th June last year but was completed 17th May last year and the completed 2 class room block, office, store and rain water harvesting system at Bwikya Primary school worth over 39 million contracted by Mbasa Investment Limited for 3 months as it commenced on 7th March last year and ended 7th June.
Addressing the stakeholders Caroline Kashaija Muyambi the Deputy RDC together with John Katotoroma the CAO Kibaale cautioned the administrators to effectively perform their duties for better performance.
The excited residents of the repective sub counties where the projects were implemented hailed the district leadership for the selfless services they are offering and the NRM government for the commitment it has exihibited.
